We do not sub out our projects, they are done in house by our skilled field crew. We price each project fairly, accurately and are always finding creative ways to save money for our Clientele.
FAQ
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we schedule a free in-home consultation with one of our Account Executives where we will discuss the granular details of your scope of work, take a few photos/measurements, then return to our office to write a detailed proposal for you. Once we have a signed proposal and initial deposit in hand (deposit is $1,000 or 10% of grand total, whichever is less) we get you on our building schedule.
What happens on day one at your new projects?
On the first day of your project, you will meet with your Account Executive, your dedicated Project Manager and Field Crew Lead to go over the scope of work as a group - - prior to commencement of work.
We prefer that our client has all their finish materials on site prior to start of demolition, that way your Project Manager can stick to the customized project schedule they’ve created for you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners, business owners, landlords, tenants and multi-family investment property owners. Being in the industry for several years has allowed us to create, manage and maintain several business relationships which we fully intend to keep. We believe that there is nothing more gratifying than a happy client and especially those who offer referrals.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
My favorite project was when we took on a large multi-family project for a real estate investor in Oakland. We renovated a two-story 12-unit multi-family apartment building which comprised of 1 BD/1 BA, 2BD/1BA and 2BD/2BA units.
The interior scope of work for all 12 apartments included reconfiguring each unit to maximize space and create open floor plan, taking each apartment all the way to the studs, install new insultation and drywall throughout, HVAC upgrade, electrical upgrade, plumbing upgrade, new recessed light fixtures throughout, remodeled the bedrooms and living areas with new vinyl plank flooring, baseboards, replaced all kitchen cabinetry with new white shaker cabinetry with fabricated quartz countertops, 18" H tile backsplash, brand new appliances, undermount sinks with eco-friendly faucets, remodeled each bathroom (took to studs, installed modern tile in stand-up showers with custom mosaic shower pans or new shower/tubs, framed and installed new 12"W x 24"H porcelain tile shampoo niches, installed new plumbing fixtures, replaced fans with updated, quiet light/fan combo by Panasonic, installed recessed lighting over shower enclosures, installed new vanities with custom fabricated quartz countertops and eco-friendly faucets, recessed medicine cabinets, modern porcelain tile flooring and baseboards).
The exterior scope of work included removal and replacement of the entire roof, repaired the cracked and sinking foundation, installed new windows and window trim throughout, removal and replacement of all exterior siding, backyard common area landscaping renovation (new outdoor kitchen and large concrete patio), demo'd the stairs leading to upper units and replaced with Trex composite deck material, remodeled the shared laundry room facility, remodeled the front entry façade and replaced the front and rear entry doors with high-end modern contemporary Pivot Doors by Glenview Doors, installed new door and window trim and painted the exterior of the building throughout.
In addition to the construction itself, we passed all applicable building inspections throughout the project duration and the entire project took one year from start to finish.
Do you work on holidays?
No, we do not. We believe in keeping our team motivated and after working as hard as we all do - - we are happy to allow our team to celebrate all holidays with their family and friends.
